This place takes way to long to do anything. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for an oil change, a safety inspection, and a tire rotation. I understand that they were scheduled out pretty far, but It took 4 hours to complete. They told me it would take 3 hours, which I thought was pretty long. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes that long to do maybe 1 hour of work. My vehicle sat in the garage for hours without anyone doing anything to it. Why not just have someone show up at the correct time, and knock out what you need to without letting it sit there for 3 hours.

I got a quote over the phone (which was acceptable) then when I got there, the "manager" tried to upsell me and made an excuse that the person over the phone didn't know what she was doing. Some sales folks at the Kaneohe store are great. Obviously, this person needs training on customer relation/service skills. As an experienced business owner that deals with clients on high-end sales, I'd be concerned if I was the company owner.

I always take my car to Lex Brodies in Kaneohe--for oil changes, state inspections, tires, etc. They have an easy online system for booking appointments, and they are friendly and efficient. I will continue to take my car there regularly!

Scheduled a drop off service appointment for Safety Inspection and Tire Rotation. Was told that it may take awhile, which was fine because we knew that was the type of appointment we signed up for. But was completed very quickly! Great service.

Absolutely my favorite spot for oil change and safety check, team members are polite, knowledgeable and they smile, :), this was my 3rd time there, after I tried Firestone, Midas, Lex Brodie's is hands down the best place to go, where you are treated with respect and their services prices are good and fair.
