I had to reschedule a tire rotation that wasn't done on the previous maintenance service. This is my only vehicle so it's an inconvenience when things are not done right the first time. Kyle the service writer is only concerned about getting more cars through the garage than taking care of loyal long time customers. Thankfully Gerard took care of it and scheduled the tire rotation for me. I told my daughter who takes her car there that according to Kyle she needs to request a tire rotation which should be automatic.

Our oil needed to be changed and of course we ran it all the way down to 5%. Called and asked for availability and was advised that they couldn't but to call back because it looked like the service team might be pulling ahead. So we called back and was told to come down and they'll take the car as long as we could leave it there through the end of day. They got to it earlier which is almost always the case when we've taken our cars here! Thanks to the whole team and Jasmin Alic who was listed in the report as the technician for taking the car in and getting it done. The reports are awesome! They provide who worked on your car and they even take photos of what was done!

The usual good and prompt service. One thing I especially like is the emailed report and invoice that comes soon after I pick up the car!
