My vehicles have been taken to Lex Brodie's Kane'ohe for years and these guys do really great work and they're backed by warranties for piece of mind. I always appreciate their communication when something is wrong they are pretty patient in allowing me to make a decision in whether or not to get the service completed asap or at a later time of my choosing. As always, I really like the incentives of being a Lex Brodie's customer like the Caveman Currency and the many promotions they have going on. They've only given me reasons to continue being a loyal customer. Mahalo, Lex Brodie's!

This is a revision. My original review is below. After posting, Scott reached out and provided a more detailed explanation which he did not have to do. I appreciate the effort and the incredible customer service. Lex Brodie's Team is a top notch service provider. Unfortunately a bad inspection experience. I went in with my vehicle and immediately the gentleman who greeted me stated I had to have covers for my off road lights. I mentioned that the vehicle has been inspected several times since the lights were installed and no establishment, even this one a year ago, ever required covers for a safety inspection. I left and when I got back to work, I called three other Lex Brodie's and all three stated that covers on the lights was not a requirement for a safety inspection. I would not recommend anyone go to this establishment since they are not very well versed in vehicle requirements.
