I came in with a flat tire and didn't have an appointment but I was greeted with a "Hello! We'll be right with you!" The manager Gerard came out to ask what service I needed. After maybe 10 minutes and few quick phone calls, he had his staff putting on my spare for me until the new tire would come in either later today or tomorrow morning. Lori helped me with replacing my tire and was very friendly and helpful. This location has always been a family favorite & the staff is always so helpful!

Awesome service all the time. Kyle and staff always greets you with Aloha and a great full Mahalo after each svcs. Online appointments are great too. I can request the needs of my vehicles to be done. Sometimes I’ll need more info before an appointment on svcs needed, they really take the time with respect. Additional concerns I usually briefly voice them in person at check in. During this pandemic staff takes awesome measures to cover areas in the driver area to be safe. One thing tho , I wish someone would take the plastic seat covers, steering wheel cover and floor bib out to trash. The jobs done for my vehicles are done professionally and complete so far. With the unknown concerns they find the problem and get it done. The mechanics have solid understanding of their job with professionalism coming from education, knowledge and experience. They too take the time to give suggestions when ever the chances arises, once in while (rarely) you get to speak to them, it’s an-added complement to the over all great svcs. Ben was friendly and helpful as always. Car wasnt starting and it first but it might be the starter. After it was jumped, we determined that it was probably the battery. They replaced the battery and checked all related electrical systems. Car is starting again and all is well.
