I had to get a set of 4 new tires and through getting quotes from other companies, Lex Brodie's became my choice to get the job done. Most of the other companies I tried I came across the issue of them not having the tires I needed in stock. Nothing crazy, my tires are only size 15 so I really didn't wanna dish out more than $100 per tire. Most other places were over that, and with all the other services and fees a lot places were quoting me anywhere from $500-600! Talk about a rip-off! I went to their website and it was so easy to make an appointment! They even had appointments available for the following day! So convenient! When I went in today the customer service was great! The tires I originally weren't in stock but Uncle at the front desk was kind enough to offer me a better quality tire for the exact same price! I'm so thankful! Most companies won't do that and just want you to pay for the more expensive tire. I guess that's why it's always good to support local, they take care of the community. With the new set of tires I got them mounted, and also free rotation, tire rebalancing, flat repairs, road hazard warranty, brake inspection and alignment checks (for the life of the tires). I can't recommend this company enough. I wish I got the names of the Uncle and girl who helped me today, they were so awesome and I wanna thank them. I promise you won't be disappointed with Lex Brodie's!

1pm-I've dealt with Lex Brodies for over 20 years never in my life have I ever experience such an unprofessional employee. I spend money having my car towed to Lex Brodies Aiea for a flat tire. I Get a call from Freddie to tell me that I need two new tires and an alignment because my two tires aren't good because I rode on the tires while it was flat so it was unrepairable. First off when I woke up in the morning my one tire was flat. Who is he to tell me that I ruined the tires because I drove it flat!!! Who the hell does he think he is to make that kind of assumptions???? I tell my husband what Freddie says so she calls Lex Brodie's to speak with FreddieAbout our situation only to find out that Freddie didn't even look at the vehicle yet this was just his assessment. How do you make an assessment when you didn't even look at the van yet!!!! Plain and simple this guy Freddie is misleading & dishonest!!!! Lex Brodies Aiea needs to re-train him or get rid of him or they will lose more business!!!! 4:30pm:Update: so Freddy doesn't have the Courtesy to give me a call back to let me know that after checking my van I will only need one tire and the alignment. The so called other tire that he said I needed only needed to be repaired because there was a leak at the stem not because I "drove it while it was flat" If I listened to the so called professional Freddy I would be spending way more money than necessary!!! With this pandemic that we're in who can afford to be spending money unnecessarily. NOT ME!!!! Where is LILO and Mandee their professionalism and Aloha SPIRIT is missed at this AIEA Store

I took my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S for a checkup on the A/C; to take a look at the squeaky brakes; check my tire alignment; and do an annual safety inspection. The front receptionist was very friendly and no problems on dropping off and Uber'ing back to my house. To my surprise, my bill was only $112. The A/C system had no leaks, but refrigerant was added; the front rotors were a little worn, but no need to replace the brakes; my alignment was within specs; and safety inspection was complete. Bonus - my Uber ride was subtracted from my bill (up to $20 or $25, I can't remember). I normally take my vehicle to the Porsche dealership in any state that I am in. However, I usually have to pay around an average of $1500 for whatever maintenance they think I need. I finally just got sick and tired of paying exuberant maintenance prices. Repairpal.com is recommend by Consumer Reports magazine, so I used that website to find a trusted repair shop for my specific vehicle. It recommend Lex Brodie's. All I can say is that I will from now on ALWAYS go to Lex Brodie's for hopefully all my Porsche maintenance needs. What an outstanding and honest company. It obviously shows by all the great reviews and the "Customer's Bill of Rights" - while waiting on my Uber, I read that large sign explaining Lex Brodie's 10 reasons why you should go to them. I highly recommend you take the few minutes to read it - impressive!

It's been years since I've been to Lex Brodie's and I was lucky to have the manager, Joey, answer my first call. He set the mood for the excellent customer service I received from drop off to pickup. The staff's pride and Aloha spirit at Pearlridge Lex Brodie's today made me recall how it was 40 years ago back on Queen Street. It's good to know there is a branch right here in Aiea. Thank YOU...very much!

This location is my default for oil change and tire rotation. A very friendly and efficient staff is always there to greet you. Reliable service each and every time. I will definitely buy my tires from here when the time comes to replace.

My brake lights were stuck on late Thursday night before a long weekend. Called Lex Brodie's first thing Friday morning and Marcelo assured me that they could take care of the problem. Got my car there and problem was fixed within 2 hours! Marcelo was awesome! Courteous and oh so helpful. I'll be going back to Lex Brody whenever I need to have my car serviced!
