It went great, very Professional and good service.

Very good experience, work was done quickly and info about the service was sent real time which I really appreciated. Only reason not to give 5 stars was the tire pressures were not checked and the back tires which should have been 80 psi were only at 25psi which made the truck wobble quite a bit on the freeway.

What a Sunday it was!! Jordan and Ronnell is/was without a doubt a very good duo to work with, given that I arrived about hour and half before they closed. Jordan was genuine and showed much knowledge of his craft. Ronnell was accommodating and understanding of the urgency of the multiple request and inquiries during my initial call and while I was at the shop. Plenty mahalo to the two of them!

After spending hours on-line comparing tires, prices & tire shops for our 2006 Honda Odyssey, I finally choose the Michelin Defender T&H from LEX BRODIE'S WAIPAHU. I made an appointment for the following day, got the confirmation email and called the shop to ensure they got it since it was almost closing time. I spoke w/Ariel but it wasn't in their system yet. We got to the shop, met Ariel A., discovered the appointment still wasn't in the system & showed her my emailed appt Confirmation. She gladly took our Odyssey in for servicing and then informed her supervisor of the appt glitch. She subsequently walked our van thru its entire process while keeping us informed. Our Lex Brodie 5 Star Service Provider is ARIEL A., SHE WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, INFORMED, PLEASANT & EFFICIENT from the moment she took my call (the previous day), received & checked us in, processed our van, gave us timely updates as it went from station to station, informed us that it was done & provided us w/the Invoice/bill, provided us w/the Recommended Services (for a future appointment) and finally walked us to our van! Lex Brodie's Waipahu was the best choice and well worth the cost and time! By the way, I think Jordan Y.H. was our mechanic and we're grateful that he ALSO secured the motor undercover that recently started to hang low - that's SERVICE! So, Jordan is another Lex Brodie's 5 Star Service Provider too! We were going to Waianae's 808 Safety on our way home for that (they're great too!). SERVICE is why we chose Lex Brodie's too. In a time of need, they quickly & easily repaired my husband's flat tire for FREE - the tire guy just called it a "service". I've been waiting for an opportunity to repay them for that ... only to discover that that was Lex Brodie's Aiea! Well, we last bought tires for our previous Odyssey from Lex Brodies Queen's Street in Kakaako, another great store. So, it seems like we'll be visiting Lex Brodie's Aiea for our next set of tires for our Prius. I love Lex Brodie's and would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely amazing service. Took my car in because I was unsure a a loud noise coming from the front. Dropped my car off in the morning. They sent me text messages and updates throughout the day of what they where doing. They even sent pictures and videos of the issues they found. They called and told me what was wrong. I went knowing the issues may be extensive so I prepared for the worst. They gave my estimate which was to be expected and told me they may not get the part till later in the afternoon so I I may need to leave my car for a few days I was so happy when they called me at the end of the same day to say everything was fixed. Went down and my total came out less then what the estimate was which made them even more awesome. Car drives like she's brand new. I swear I'll come here for everything my cars need. They made a life long customer out of me. Thank you to all the amazing staff, from the awesome ladies at the desk, to the mechanics working on cars.

It was done on timely manner.

Car broke down, had to tow it there, Lex Brodie's got it done. No drama. Can't ask for more.
