The service was fast - done in 20 mins - from right at the appt time. But only "rotation" front tires to back & vice versa. No tire balancing in the water & not sure whether they did the tire pressure check. Asked the girl at check out about the lack of balancing check, but she just shrugged and said she didn't know. "All" this just to keep the tire warranty going.

Terrible service and lousy "management". Took 2 wheels and tires in off my car to have them swapped out. Easy remove 2 tires install 2 tires and balance them. Well I get them back and have gouges in the inside of the rims. Plus one of my TPMS sensors is not working. I have an autel TPMS tool to program and diagnose these issues. No signal at all. Dead or broken sensor. I pull the ECU for what is programmed to the car to discover they swapped my sensor out without telling me. After getting talked down to by the "Master Tech" I get it back with a working aftermarket sensor that will not program to my car. Don't go there incompetent people working there and overpriced.

The staff is great. The manager is stand-offish and a little short tempered, but the jobs get done on time. He might need some customer service training, if he isn't above that sort of thing. Overall quality work on time.

I'm beyond happy with this place. I had a very annoying sound come out of the front on the car after I reach 30mph. Went to multiple places, some said brakes some said tires I end up getting all brand new tires and brakes but the sound never went away. Even took my car to the dealer and they weren't able to diagnose the issue. Lex brodies were very honest and were able to figure out what's wrong right away and fix it quickly for a very reasonable price, thank you so much!

I was traveling in Oahu and got a flat tire. I call a Lex Brodie location and they worked me in their schedule to look at the tire. I needed to replace the tire which they did and I was back on the road. The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed with their service. I really appreciated them squeezing me in their schedule.

Always friendly, always helpful. Taken my car here many times and I always get the same reliable service with integrity. One time, I took my son's car In because I thought the brakes needed replacement, they told me the brakes are still good and have about 30% life on them. I know other places would just replace them, not Lex Brodie's, they want me to keep coming back, and I do.
