Service by staff was outstanding. I was a walk in needing 4new tires. They not only had what I needed at a good price, they were able to install and within a few hours I was driving my truck off the lot very satisfied with everything. I've purchased set of tires twice from Waipahu Lex Brodies and they gave me excellent customer service. I always make an appointment and I've never waited long for work Tobe done.

Disappointed. Parking light bulb was not replaced at front-passenger side. Missing bolts to secure the engine underside pan which was advised not to forget. Broken handle of the stick to check the level of auto oil in the engine which was not declared. I hope next time be open and honest what transpired during the service. I needed 4 new tires and they offered the best rate compared to 5 other shops in my area. More importantly they were able to get the exact tires (size and terrain type) in stock within a reasonable amount of time and I was able to set up an appointment. Once the appointment was available it took them about 2 hours until they were done which is very reasonable compared to many other shops.
