Today I took my 2018 Toyota Camry to have the break pads replaced since the maintenance factory book recommended replacement around 75,000 and mine it's already at 82,000 and I thought it was time to replace them. Well, the thec recommended not to do anything (the front/rear pads are 7/7mm) right now. Leimomi explained that they even drove the car and could not find anything wrong with bake system. I was expecting to spend around $700 for the lifetime brake service and spent $0...nothing. Completely blow my mind. These people are not only professionals but they are also trustworthy. Lex Brodies is the place I will take my cars from now on.

I had a nail in my tire and just like any car repair or service it can get stressful and pricey. Initially wanted tire replacement just to be safe, but technician advised that it is repairable/theyre able to patch it with no issues! It was a Sunday afternoon, an hour before closing and they took care of it quickly which is always awesome. Also learned that tires purchased from Costco or Lex Brodies can be repaired/patched free of charge, **depending on puncture and which area on the tire** I was mentally prepared to wait for the next available time (maybe later on in the week) but they took care of it within half an hour. No hiccups with my appointment or the service. Everything went smoothly and went according to plan. I like no surprises.

So I will say for brakes, definitely go to Lex Brodie's I'm a happy customer on those especially with the lifetime warranty on the brakes. So I went to the Aiea location for those and I remember getting an estimate on three tires at the time and it's was like $6-something. I came to this location and now only needing two tires and an alignment, it's $7-something. I just figure maybe that's just island tax. Then I'm like okay they offer a free Lyft when getting this work which covers up to $20. I'll be dammed the ride home was $22 to get home and would be 27 to get back. That part kinda bugged but I'm grateful they offered anything. Honestly the thing that upset me the most, I had scheduled to drop my vehicle off at 8:30 am because the site recommended it should be done by 12:30 pm. I work at 2 pm so I figured perfect! But here it is 2 pm and it's not done plus it's $700. I just knew they'd be done in time but I was wrong.

My car wouldn't start on Sunday, so I had it towed to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. They checked it on Monday, recharged the battery, and got me going again for free. Thank you for the great customer service!

They've helped me out on more than one occasion now. Most notably, I brought my Tesla in for a tire repair while every other shop around absolutely refused to work on it. Though they were hesitant at first, they got the job done well and extremely inexpensively. Great people, very helpful and I'd recommend them.

Got two tires changed here for $570. They didn't even do a tire rotation even though It it supposed to come for it. If my partner wasn't paying attention I would have had uneven tire wear which would have me having to pay more in the long run.

Lex Brodie's, Waipahu, is outstanding in customer service and auto repairs. They have serviced or repaired all of our vehicles and keep you updated from start to finish. I think the entire staff should be bought lunch because they're a great team.

Today I made the switch from the dealer to Lex Brody's for my oil change, and it was a good decision! Friendly people, good work and not a long wait at all. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Thank you very much
