Mahalo to the staff that worked on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. I had a 0800 appointment on 20 Oct 2021. I was able to get my vehicle at this location before the assigned time. I had purchased 4 toyo tires. I was assisted by your associate Tiana (sp?), infect she was the same person that helped me find the size of my tires a few days earlier and also made my appointment when I called day’s later. Truck went up on rack immediately by Tiana and installer completed the job way before quoted time. jpf

Excellent service, there was a delay due to having to get the axle seal from the Mazda dealership. But Lex Brodies kept me informed each step of the way. Thats one of the reasons I keep returning to Lex Brodies. Customer service. Thank you

I've been having my 2014 4Runner serviced here only because I can't find any other business to get my vehicle serviced that is located close to where I live. After one of my visits there, I noticed engine oil was leaking from the bottom of my 4Runner. I took it back to Lex Brodie's and was told the mechanic failed to put the drain plug gasket on. On another visit, I asked them to check the brakes after hearing loud screeching from the passenger side every time pressed on the brakes after driving 35+ mph. After they checked the brakes, they told me nothing is wrong and that the brakes are still good. I could still hear loud screeching when I drove home. During a few of my recent visits, a couple of their employees that handle the front desk acted like they dislike their job. Maybe he/she was just having a bad day. For the most part, their customer service is ok. Their mechanics probably need to double-check their work before turning the vehicles back over to their owners.

Called to make an appt to have my old car inspected. Got the last one available on Friday. When I got there I was greeted by a young lady who asked if I had an appointment. I gave her the key after replying in the affirmative and handing her the paperwork. She said I could wait in the room next to their office. I demurred saying that my dog needed to go for a walk. (I take him everywhere). By the time I got back from walking around the block the car was ready. While I was paying and getting my paperwork the same young lady came in with a small cup of water for my dog. Not only do I love coming here, my dog loves it too! I've been coming here for years and the service just gets better and better! Fair, friendly, honest, and fast! I'm a customer for life! George

The work done was what youd expect. They were cordial and transparent. They even worked out a rental car for me, because it took multiple days to fix. However, here we are 7 months later and Enterprise is telling me Lex Brodies refuses to pay for any of those dates. All without any implication that would be the case at the time.

I went in to Lex Brodies with front passenger tire damaged , torn side wall. I asked them to replace the tire and tire light was on. Picked up the car and spent over 240.00 for ONE tire [they did not have the Toyo tire I needed! but put on one that worked BF goodrich ] I paid and left and noticed the tire pressure light was still on! The tire they put on they pumped to 40 psi and left the rest at 30 psi for the recommended tire for the car! For that much money you would think they would check to make sure all the tire pressures were the same! I'm just sayin...

On time service and take my car with the best service you can ask for it rotate balance and alignment good job
