I’ve always heard many good things about lex Brodie’s prior to me coming in today. I also looked at the different companies comparing to have my breaks done. I have to say I’m so glad I followed my gut and came in today! First off, I wish I would of gotten her name but the lady working the front desk was just plain awesome!! She was so welcoming, polite and professional. We get everything set up and I leave my car. Little while later she calls with an update, that only my front brakes needed repair. (I’m so used to dealing with places that try to get you to fix stuff when it doesn’t need to be)That was a big plus for me! Then she proceeded to assist me with my tires, bc as I already knew they were bad and she really helped me through the process and got everything for a great price! They were so fast! I thought it would be an all day thing, but they were done in 3hrs! 😱 I’m definitely only going to lex Brodie’s for all my automotive needs!!

Excellent service. Appointment setup process was simple and confirmed. Coupons are always great to be able to use, love the savings. Honest, never tried to upsell me but did give me options with reasoning which I could appreciate.

I was on my way to work and had a tire with low air pressure 2nd day in a row. Pulled in to the Waipahu location and the service was awesome!! I will be back again just because of how great the service was today!

I'd just picked up my truck awhile ago for wheel alignment and when I was driving home , it's really a big difference comparing prior to the repair. They really did an excellent job esp. the experience mech who did my truck.. He's really good .. I'm sure I'll be going back to LEX BRODIES anytime I have car issues., Thanks for your good service.,,

Excellent Service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Purchased new set of tires and staff helped in receiving the best possible price and discounts. Service (new tires & oil change) done in half a day. Will definitely refer friends and family. I am now a regular customer and will go to Lex Brodies with all car services first!

Very friendly, They had my tire in stock, very fast, noticed that they use plastic over the steering wheel when I picked up my car and shows that they protect not only themselves but customers from This covid-19. Also I like the distancing tapes in the waiting room and standing in line at the customer service counter. I will definitely be back.
