I absolutely loved my experience at Lex Brodie's Waipahu! The two lovely ladies working the front today were absolutely the sweetest and so on top of everything! I didn't get the chance to catch their names but they are the definition of customer service with a smile. We waited about two hours for my new tires and alignment but it was worth the wait!

To start with the young lady that I talked to on the phone prior to tire service was very pleasant, patient, and helpful! The servicing of my vehicle was extremely efficient and, from prior research, a very good price as well ;-) I can't give their service in all areas a high enough rating. Job VERY well done ;-) Thank you!

This place is awesome. The receptionist was so nice, I didnt get her name but she's very sweet and has long curly hair. Every time I go here she is always so friendly and patient. The service is always great too and super quick, they're done with what I need way before I expect it! They even went through to effort to wipe my tires down which was such a nice surprise. This place honestly made my horrible day a lot better and if I had to go anywhere for service I think it would be here. Thank you so much

No appointment made, needed a safety check, and it was done faster than I could have thought. While it may have been coincidence that I just got there at the right time, but the customer service needs to be recognized. I didn't get the guy's name who helped me, but big mahalo as no one is really that friendly first thing on a Monday morning. He took care of it and got it done. Good job Waipahu!

Excellent customer service. Sales rep provided detailed services and what to expect. The technician kept me informed as he worked on my vehicle, and explained in detail what repairs were needed in addition to what I wanted. Thank You

I took my car in for front tires and brake pads. The counter person said that the drums were ok for thickness but asked if I wanted them turned as she said it was slightly grooved. I said no, I just want the pads changed as I probably wont keep the car much longer. She said ok. I waited in the waiting room and 3.5 hours later (which is 15 minutes past closing) she hands me the bill and also said that there is a problem. I reviewed the bill and it said the following. .... A) the drums were turned. I asked I said specifically that I did not want the drums turned. Her reply was oh you would have been back because the brakes would have been squealing so we did it for you. WTF kind of answer is that? Then she tried to say that it is part of the normal service. If it was part of the normal service then why did you ask if I wanted it turned in the first place? B) I noticed that they hit me up for the (not sure what the actual name of the brake was) but it was the highest grade/price brake pads they had. I was never asked which brake pad I wanted. They just charged me for the highest pad they had. (again I am not keeping the car so why would I choose the highest pads they had) Then she said oh you have to come back. Come back? I just waited 3.5 hours now? Didnt you complete the job? She said they were putting on the new tires in the back and the old tires in the front. The mechanic broke one of the lug bolts and they didn't have a replacement lug bolt. I said I didnt ask for the new tires to go on the back so why did you do that? And now after spending time 3.5 hours in the waiting room you want me to come back another day and waste more of my time because you broke something on my car that I never asked for? After bickering for a bit they wouldn't even reduce the price on my bill even though they upsold me items that I did not want. That is the only and last time I ever get near a LEX BRODIE's again. Greedy greedy greedy place.

Complaint was rattling noise.. replaced sway bar.. less noise but still noise

Had an appointment for an alignment but I told the guy st the front that my suspension needs to be looked at because of theshaking ofonce I go over 50 mph. He told me he would have the tiRes checked out first to rUle that out. He called me back out to show me the wheel was damaged and rotaTed the tire to show me how it wobbles. He put the tires back on and no charge for the inspection and off I went. Everyone was nice, the place waS clean, the ac was bLowing and the game was on so my wait didn't seem long at all. They also have complimentary coffee. Second time here and it's been another great experience.

Lex brodies Waipahu provided me with excellent customer service. They went out of the way to accommodate my schedule so I can have my tires replaced, frt alignment ck, and safety ck done in a couple hours (while I wait). The waiting room was big, clean with an ac/tv.

They were ready with my scheduled appointment. Honored my Free tire inspection since I bought my tires from them. And didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. JOB WELL DONE!
