I went in to get new tires and received excellent service from Jordan and Ariel. I was debating between getting the original 185 width tires or 195s. Jordan explained all the pluses and minuses of each size and helped me come to an informed decision. Both of them helped me understand the results of the wheel alignment and how it explaind the wheel wear on the old tires. I always get excellent service and value from Lex Brodie's!

I was helped by Aeriol (spelling?) at the Waipahu location via phone as well as at the shop. She was super kind and helpful providing me with a quote for a new timing belt on an older model Toyota sedan. I was able to drop my car off in the morning on a Monday and my vehicle was ready the following afternoon. I was impressed because the shop seemed pretty busy and I know changing a timing belt, water pump, replacing pulleys, etc. is a pretty time consuming job. The price they quoted me even without the sweet online coupon was hundreds of dollars less than other mechanic shops I phoned located in the middle of Oahu. The interior as well as under the hood were as clean, maybe cleaner than when I dropped the vehicle off. I will definitely recommend to friends and family Lex Brodie's for all your automotive needs.

They did a efficient diagnosis and repair of my tire in a timely manner. Because of the Covid19 virus they displayed social distancing in the lounge while waiting.
