Beware....! My parents went for a simple flat tire, puncture was on the side wall.. They told them all 4 tires should be changed along with the front and rear struts quoting them $2300...! I know My parents car and drive it, there is nothing wrong with the struts so they said and I checked the tires and they are fine.. How dare they try to rip off people. I will never go there and will never recommend anyone unless they know exactly what they need and won't get suckered by these punks!

Excellent customer service! Very accommodating and so easy to work with. We had our truck towed in (It died on the freeway) They did a quick diagnostic, (battery was at 10% and the alternator was kaput) They patiently waited while we picked up the old battery, took it back to the original place of purchase (it was under warranty) got a new battery, took it back to them, and they continued their work. Saturday afternoon, it was done. They are open 7 days a week!! This place is a spectacular model of how Business should be run! I wish I could remember everyone's name, Jordan was the original contact, but I dealt with 2 other employees (as we were in and out a couple of times) All of them made this this inconvenient experience a tolerable one. MAHALO TO ALL and I'll be back for every vehicle need from now on!

I've been a regular customer usually for safety checks and a new tire here and then, and have always been satisfied with their service and pricing. However, on the Sunday before Labor Day (2019) they went over and beyond to acommodate me. My car's right front tire drew a flat, and I had rushed to the Waipahu location, since they were gonna close at 4pm. I got there after switching to a spare by 3:50pm, and seeing my situation, Zack got Eric to check my car's tire, and see what they needed to do. Luckily my tire was repairable, and they were able to fix it for me, even though by then it's way past their closing time. I am so grateful for their service, and they actually made my day much much better after the flat tire. Thank you Zack, Eric and Lex Brodie's.
