Been using Lex Brodie's since we moved to Hawaii 6 years ago. We started going to the Waipahu location when we moved Kapolei two years ago. This location is fabulous. The counter staff is great and they're super with making sure that we're treated like family every time. They're respectful, funny, and relatable. The technicians do thorough work. It's right the first time and it's done in the most affordable way possible. Last visit they could have charged me for some unneeded stuff because I assumed the problem was bigger than it actually was. Sure, it was still several hundred bucks worth of work but it was several hundred bucks less than I expected and they did the correct repair instead of adding on the stuff I thought it needed and charging me for that too. Thumbs up. It's expensive enough in Hawaii so I appreciate them for that. I don't generally "like" auto repair places because I haven't had a lot of experiences that were positive in my decades of owning cars. That said, I've had nothing but great experiences with Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. Highly recommended.

Friendly, calm staff. All are always helpful there, on this visit Sela was especially helpful, knowledgeable and calm. Another time it was quite hectic and Sela especially was very efficient and calm.

Effective diagnosis of faulty battery cell. Affordable replacement and warranty of new battery. Customer service always top notch.

I was very happy with the service. I'm a returning customer and will continue to come back when I need tires. The waiting area was cool and even provided with a place to charge our iPads and iPhone. Very customer friendly. Why go any place else.

Pulled up went in without appt. I need a safety check. The process was quick. Literally 10 mins from checking in and I was out the door already. I have looking for a auto repair/maintenance place that I can trust and I've found it. The waiting area is comfortable and accommodating with customers in mind. They have massage chairs, charging station with the cords and cable TV. The team here is definately customer focused. Originally I went to another auto shop nearby and was told 3 to 4 hours.

I Turned car in early and they called my wife during the day and informed her of the problem of the brakes and cost and she had to go to doctors appt and would arrive back in afternoon and the mechanic told my wife no problem. Very nice of him kept my wife happy and that makes me a happy customer too for your business to return.
