We've been going to Brodie's for over 20 years and every time we require their services, we are treated like royalty! Everyone has a great and friendly attitude, always with a bright smile and a shaka. It has always been easy to make an appointment by phone but the on-line reservation system is incredible. And believe me, the office staff reads every part of the appointment details and includes them in the work order. Brodie's is a class outfit with skilled mechanics, technicians, office staff, and management. It is tough to beat that type of quality. Do we have any complaints? Well, one: we wish they were closer to Makaha!

I decided to take my car to Lex Brodie as I was on my way to Sam's Club Tire. I had 2 really bolohead tires that needed to be replaced. Mahalo Junior and your team for hooking me up with my brand new 4 tires! Waited only 1-1/2 hours and got an Awesome deal!!! I will be back for my racket pinion and Hugz all of you!!!

First time going to Lex Brodie's and we will be coming here again for sure. Junior was very informarive and helpful over the phone and when we got there, Zach helped us get in quickly. They were VERY courteous and I appreciated the way that Zach updated the customers waiting, not just me, but all of the customers. We had to make a few trips back and forth from our house to the shop because of our flat tire situation, but when we came back in to fi ish the I installation of our tires, Junior got us right in and we were out of there in 15 minutes!!! Junior explained our package and made sure that I understood everything. Thanks so much for all your help. God bless.

The staff is courteous, efficient and professional. Prices reasonable. Saved me over $300 compared to what the BMW dealership was going to charge me to replace the tire which Lex Brodie's repaired for almost nothing. Highly recommend. Professional, honest, good service. Thank you!

I'm from the Pacific Northwest and have been a long time loyal customer of a similar company called Les Schwab Tires. Why? Because their quality service, professionalism, efficiency and just being great people. I've been twice now to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. 1st for a safety inspection. After discovering a nail my $334 tire that the BMW dealership was going to only replace and not repair, I went to Lex Brodie's to have it fixed. Fast, efficient, and courteous. Was expecting to pay anywhere from $20 to $50 and that would have been cheap. They fixed it free of charge however. Don't know why. I didn't by the tire there and I don't know anyone there. It was just something that great companies do. The staff at the customer service desk were awesome. They young lady to helped me was professional and nice. I am a huge fan of great service and I am a loyal customer when I find it. Lex Brodie's has earned my patronage with two great services now. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!!

My second visit to Lex Brodie's. I have a 2014 BMW 328i which came out of warranty this past year. So, went to Lex's to get my safety inspection done recently and found them to be professional and efficient. So after finding out that I had a nail in my relatively new tire that BMW dealership installed last year and would charge $334 to replace. BMW doesn't repair, only replaces... I remembered the good service I got at Lex. So went there to have the nail removed and fixed. Over the phone was told it would cost a minimum of $20 or so, depending. Made an appointment for same day (today) and brought the car up. Upon arrival, they told me it would take an hour or less to repair and I settled down in the waiting room to listen to my audio book. Just shy of an hour later, they called me up, told me car was ready, they found the nail, repaired the tire and that there was "no charge." I don't understand why no charge, I didn't buy the tire there and they owed me nothing. No explanation given and when I insisted on paying, they simply said there is no charge and wished me a wonderful day. No idea why. It isn't my good lucks or anything else I can think of. They didn't ask for me to review them on Yelp or anywhere else. Simply wished me a good day. I'm from the Northwest where I fell in love with another tire company called Les Schwab. They had my loyal business the entire time I lived there. Why? Great service and quality work. Lex Brodie's in Waipahu has me won over now. Thank you!!!

Came in and the service was great. Very reasonable prices for new tires. Crew was so good I bought them all drinks.
