I didn't get there names, but all the staff in the office that I interfaced with were courteous and very friendly. All my questions were answered. I came in to get a tire fixed (it had a bolt in it) and the repair was made faster than the estimated time. Fantastic service!!

Lex Brodie's staff have always been great in taking care of my automobile needs. The mechanics are clear in talking about what the issues are with my vehicles, and if there are not any issues, they don't charge me for bringing it in. I am a satisfied customer.

I went to this location the other day because I realized my safety was expiring at the end of the month. I walked in and was told it would be an hour wait. I was fine with that because I didn't make an appointment. I liked that there was free coffee, a tv and massage chairs in the waiting room. I didn't even have to wait the full hour! I really value companies that under promise but over deliver. Not to mention- the girl who helped me, Leimomi was super friendly and funny!

They rotated my tires an hour before my appointment and got me off an running sooner then I thought.

I've been coming here for 48 years and appreciate the friendly staff and the service. They've worked on numerous of vehicles I've had in the past. I highly recommend Lex Brodie's as my go to place for tires and services.

Called for safety inspection and I had an appointment in one hour. Went to shop, met by Eric as I parked, he took keys and had me check-in at counter. Service was fast and efficient. I was done within 20 minutes, friendly lady at counter (sorry don't know name) checked me out quickly. Great service, will use them again as I've been looking for a shop to take my cars to.

I had to get new shocks and tires. My quote was emailed to me with pictures included, and we thought it was a fair price. They were able to get me in right away and even provided a loaner car for me so I could still run my errands for our large family. The work was finished within a day, and the final price was actually less than expected. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the service. Thank you!

Lex Brodie's always has excellent customer service and a friendly staff. While significant issues with my vehicle warranted a steep price, Lex Brodie's did everything they could to apply discounts to make the price more manageable for me. They were also transparent with all the work being done to my vehicle, consistently updating me on its progress.
