Excellent service, even though my tire was losing pressure and the punctures were too close to be patched they still offered to replace it with a spare in the meantime since I had to take it to another place for a new tire.

Terrific Service! Cruising around Saturday night I happened to run over a nail. The tire on my truck went completely flat overnight. Monday morning I took it to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu, Hawaii. Sela was the technician who helped me that morning and was fantastic! Extremely professional, highly courteous, and tremendously fast. She assessed my tire, assigned a repairman, and 10-15 mins later, I was out the door. My tire was plugged, mounted, balanced and like new. Amazing service. Thank you Sela and team!

Aloha, Thank you to the warm and attentive staff of Waipahu's Lex Brodie's. My car arrived by tow truck after a harrowing blow-out on the freeway. I have a 17 year old Benz and it needed loving care. The new set of tires, alignment and inspections took time but the life saving improvement is worth it. I shuttle four grandchildren and their safety is #1. The wheels feel like I'm driving a royal carriage, (ha ha ha) it feels so smooth and powerful. It takes curves well and hugs the road securely. I dropped my truck off, thinking after 134K miles I should have the Brake special done. It was a great surprise to get a call the next morning that said, 'No need your brakes are good'. And even another surprise to go and see that their time & assessment was No Charge. It was nice to see this business ethic.
