Customer service girl Sela made me feel at home. She connected me to have my vehicle work done and the gentleman did as required..Happy employees and the environment was AWESOME. Im going back to have more work done..And from todays visit I liked the cost and being able to sign up for Hawaiian miles. Called in the morning, spoke with Leimomi, inquiring about the possible cost of getting my brakes done. She let me know what would be included in the cost and it would be at no cost to do a brake eval on my truck first. She said to bring it in now and they will take a look at it. I brought it in a couple hours later probably right before 12 noon and spoke with Leimomi yet again, which is awesome considering I don't have to repeat myself all over again to a different person. She had me down for a brake eval and safety check. Left the truck there and an hour later I get a call as to how much the brakes would cost including the safety check and a third brake light bulb that was out. What I appreciated most from them which is very rare now days is that when Leimomi called she said I have the OPTION to either resurface the rotors or to replace the rotors and just explained the difference between the 2. She didn't try to inflate the idea that I have to do this or that because when at my last check up on my truck, which is still fairly new, the dealership told me that they recommended a brake flush which would've cost just as much as the actual brakes servicing altogether. I was mind blown by that. Anyway, then 2 hours later I get a call that my truck is ready to be picked up. If that's not quality service...I don't know what is. Aside from the staff, especially Leimomi, being as efficient and courteous as they were, and the more than reasonable price for the cost of getting my brakes done, to include the safety check and the replacement of the light bulb, the experience that I had with Lex Brodie's was the best, fastest, most convenient, and overall pleasantly refreshing experience I've ever had by far. Mind you, they had a full lot when we first pulled in so that was awesome. On top of that, the lady that cashed us out granted us a military discount just by looking at our military I.D. when they asked to check my I.D. for the credit card transaction...I didn't even have to ask for the discount...I didn't even know they honored it. Best part about it though is the lifetime warranty package that they offer on the brakes service. I've never heard of that until going to Lex Brodie's. Five-star review without question.

I knew Lex Brodie's was on the way to work and that they open early so I stopped in to see if they could figure out the problem. Lo took a look at it and concluded I needed a new alternator. He researched and priced them and gave me the estimate. I knew it would possibly take all day to try to fit this in considering I had no appointment. Lo secured me a loaner car that I could take to work and assured me my car was in good hands. Car was ready by the end of the day thanks to Lo for his professional consideration and courtesy. Great communication with him as well. Lex Brodie's is lucky to have him on their staff.

Good solid work. Had 4 Michelin Defender tires installed on a 2013 Ford Explorer and Hawaii yearly safety inspection done. The good: We just registered the vehicle in Hawaii and there is no front license plate holder installed. We have one on order but being an island in the middle of the ocean it takes 2-3 months under Ford sealer receives the bulk order. The Lex Brodie's technician dug around and found some zip ties to secure the front plate to the grill. This enabled passing the safety inspection rather than repeated temporary decals until front plate holder installed. The bad: Alignment scheduled and paid for. Took an hour after tires installed for a separate technician to realize that they nor any Lex Brodie's on island had the proper tools to align 2010+ Ford Explorers...a pretty common vehicle... and something that should have been annotated in their computer system. I had to take the following 1/2 day off work to get it done at Cutter Ford for $100 more, which negates the tire rebate...and was certainly inconvenient.

Great service! Patched/ plugged one tire. Very affordable price ! Under 30.00 to fix. They found a nail in it and did an amazing job !!! They also cleaned all 4 tires too! Was in and out within 45 minutes.

My car battery died late Saturday night. I'm so glad Lex Brodie's was open on Sunday. I was able to drop the car off and take the bus to a planned activity that afternoon. They had it done early afternoon and I had someone pick up the car. With a recent loss of a car, we were down to no car this past weekend. Talk about bad luck! Lex Brodie's saved us!!!
