Aug 1, 2018 Dropped my car for brake evaluation. Reception was awesom.. Ms Leialoha was super nice. We'll see how rest of the process goes. They will call me with estimate within 2 days. P.S: totally worth dropping off the car for estimate because they did a good job of honest trouble shooting. Aug 2, 2018- Got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. Again Ms. Leialoha was very professional and answered all my questions. I paid very reasonable price for two new front rotors and brake pads on my RAV4. I called around and they were the lowest of the average. Thank Lex B... Will keep you updated on how the quality of the work is in 6 month.

Got a flat tire and called around. Spoke to Zack. He was really friendly and helpful and made the stress I felt towards my car, go away. I scheduled an appt but came in earlier. He had told me it would take about 1-1.5hr wait so I decided to just hang around. They have a waiting room w about 14 chairs, 2 massage chairs and a tv. Of course I sat on the massage chair and ended up falling asleep. I woke up to see my car was gone so they gimeot to it really quick. He called me after 1hr 15m jus to tell me they couldn't fix it and unfortunately i needed a new tire. I chose to take it back to Costco since I purchased it there. There was no charge and he even showed me my tire and why it wasnt holding. Although great customer service, its frustrating to take that long just to tell me they cant fix it.

I called to see if this shop would be able to take a look and fix my tire that had a nail in it. I called at 1215 and got an appointment for 1230. I got there and Sela ( I hope I got her name right) helped me, came out to my car, took a look at the tire, called over a young man that took the tire out of my trunk right away to get it fixed. Originally, I took my car elsewhere that because of their shop policy of where the nail was couldn't repair it. I had to order 2 new tires a week ago! Tires still not in, coming from the mainland!! Paid for it too. The fix would take awhile, but I was happy it could be fixed and take my spare off. When my tire was done, I got the call letting me know it was done. My tire was fixed, the spare tire replaced in my trunk and I can relax that the low tire pressure light isn't on and causing me such anxiety. Thank you for working me in! I'm sure I'll be back here in the future.

Great, efficient service and honest, patient exchange of information! I dropped off my car when they opened at 7:00 in the morning to get a consultation about my AC, and they called me at 10:00 with honest, well-explained info on what was needing to be fixed, gave me time to talk to my husband and decide; I called back at 10:30, they gave me a military discount and finished all the work by 4:30 PM on the same day! Great experience. About the price I expected for parts and labor.

Awesome service! Took us on with an hour til closing. Put four new tires on and got us on our way and they on theirs.

I've been going to Lex Brodies for my tire needs for the past few years. Mostly at the Queen Street and Kailhi location. This past Saturday I was in Waipahu and noticed my tire was losing pressure quite rapid. I stopped in the Waipahu branch and they were very pleasant and helpful, very prompt with their service.
