I have always been appreciative of the customer service @ Lex Brodie's Waipahu when it came to taking my vehicles for Annual Safety Checkes. However, this was my first time having my vehicle serviced and still their customer service is outstanding. I work for a large retail company and I deal with customers daily. We are trained to Greet, Help, Thank and if need be, Follow up. I Rated your company/business FIVE STAR because you've shown me those same four steps in helping a customer. I am a satisfied customer for sure.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They broke my AC, then suggested it was not their fault, then that I try to prove they broke it. My vehicle is now worse than when it when it was taken in and now I do not trust them to do anything and am questioning the initial work that was done.

I made an appointment in the morning for a safety check. I've never been to this location before.. I pulled into the garage and not one person acknowledged me. I didn't know where to park. So I asked a guy and he said where you are is fine, just pull up a little. A lady came up to me and said "what are you here for?" Seemed like she was in a bad mood. I told her I had an appointment for a safety check. She told me to take my registration and insurance card to the front, so I did. A different woman was behind the desk and she completely ignored me. The same woman came back and checked me in. Then she asked me "are you waiting in the waiting room or do I have to call you?" I was confused so I said "call me?" And in the rudest was possible she said "ArE yOu GoInG tO wAiT iN tHe WaItInG rOoM oR aRe YoU gOiNg To LeAvE tHe PrEmIsIs?!" Woah, that was so uncalled for. And why would it take an hour if I made an appointment?! The staff was rude. When it was done, they didn't even show me where my car was parked. I found out right after I left that my passenger window seal was ripped. It wasn't like that before I came in. So I left with damage to my car.... what the hell? I will not be returning.

I've been a customer for over 20 years always had excellent service recently my low pressure warning light kept coming on went in with no wait time first time refilled air and the light went off a week later light came back on took me right in and reset the indicator light after a week came back on called them took me right in did total check and found a screw in one of tires and the battery in one of the wheel sensors dead, ended up changing all four sensors and did a tire rotation and balance at the same time every thing working fine so far, excellent service to make sure the job is done right mahalo to all the sevice people there for being so helpful and professional.

I was told my service to repair a screw in my tire would take 1 1/2-2 hrs. After two hours I approached the front desk to find out the status of my vehicle. The gal told me if anyone spoke to me about needing a new tire. I told her nobody approached me. I mentioned that I needed to go back to work and I was pressed for time. If I didn’t approach the front desk after two hours who knows how long I would’ve been there.

Decided to go to Lex Brodie’s instead of waiting in the ridiculously long lines at Costco. Made an online appointment the week prior and received fast efficient service when I arrived to drop off my car. My new tires and safety check were completed in less than 2 hours. I went across the street to Pearlridge Mall to pass the time. The Michelin Premier A/S tires I purchased are quieter and smoother riding than my stock tires that came with my car.
