Both cars had Safety Checks and Oil Changes. Service went above and beyond, which is the usual at the Kaneohe store under Gerard's leadership. I am a loyal customer, first because they always remember my name, greeting me upon entering even though there has been a six month's hiatus since my last service and I'm wearing a face mask; second - service is always top notch and dependable. I highly recommend the Kaneohe store and Kaneohe Team working there. Unfortunately I, on the other hand, can only remember three of their names: Gerard Ahquin, Kyle, Ben, et. al., but the others are just as wonderful.

I will truly recommend Lex Brodie to anyone who asks me because your service is the BEST, everyone is so friendly and so very easy to talk to.

I was concerned re: waiting in an area with other customers - perhaps COVID-19 non-compliant. But Lounge had chairs appropriately spaced; only one customer was there, who also wore mask the whole time. Actual work - safety check - was estimated to take 1-1 1/2 hours, but finished in a little under 1/2 hour. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. It was pouring rain, so instead of re=parking my car outside, they let me start from just inside the exit door.

The time estimated time to perform the service was absolutely flawless. In fact, it was finished before the estimated time given me. WOW! That's REAL SERVICE. THANKS LEX and especially your STAFF. I'll be BACK for sure.
