I have always thought highly of Lex Brodie's since it opened in 1961. I convinced my father to go there for new tires at the original location on Queen St. not long after it opened. I moved to Aiea and have been going to your Waipahu and then Aiea locations in recent years. I have always found great customer service and a warm and welcoming attitudes by all your personnel from the one who meets when you use to drive in, now one you meet at the reception counter......but always with a warm, friendly, and caring attitude. Of course the work quality has always been excellent and the pricing has always been fair and competitive. It is not surprising Lex Brodie's gets top ratings and recommendations from AAA and from the BBB! Lex, you still would be most proud of the company you founded still carrying on in the tradition and high standards you started!

Needed to replace 4 tires because they were old and one of them went flat. Got an appointment done the next day and asked for 4 tires plus alignment. I wasn't sure if I needed the alignment since I had it aligned a few months prior but thought I needed to because of the new tires. They were nice enough to check free of charge and recommended the I didn't need additional alignment. Also the front desk was super friendly all day. Cost was also very reasonable!

Got there early and they took care of my service request quickly. Was done in less than an hour.

My vehicles have been taken to Lex Brodie's Kane'ohe for years and these guys do really great work and they're backed by warranties for piece of mind. I always appreciate their communication when something is wrong they are pretty patient in allowing me to make a decision in whether or not to get the service completed asap or at a later time of my choosing. As always, I really like the incentives of being a Lex Brodie's customer like the Caveman Currency and the many promotions they have going on. Amazing service! Initially went for only a tire rotation and oil change but Richard S. contacted me informing me of the severe damage on the inside of my front tires. The digital inspection report, which was easily accessible via link sent by text, was very informative and also highlighted the potential danger. If he didn’t bring that to my attention I would’ve guarantee found myself with a blown out tire on the side of the road. The added service of two new tires didn’t take long either. Very friendly staff and exceptional service; definitely coming back to the Kalihi Lex Brodie’s for all future needs.

Answered phone quickly and was efficient to schedule an appointment. Showed up 30 minutes early and they were able to take me. Called to let me know what the problem was with my tire, and was able to replace it in less than half an hour. Awesome service!
