I needed four new tires for my commercial van. Lex Brodie had them in stock. Overall price was a bit more than the competitors, but hey, tires calls for immediate attention. Time is of essence. No waiting for special order for my particular tires or installation. My van was ready with the new tires and on the road for business within four hours. Now, that is what I call business!

Very professional staff, and extremely quick and efficient. I had an appointment today my car was done in about half an hour or less, beats the hell out of Goodyear when regardless of appointment they hold your car for at least two hours. I definitely will be a returning customer, great job, excellent service, keep up the good work.

Bot a 2 yr contract in 2018 when I acquired the car. I always do an initial alignment when I purchase a car to get an indication of the previous owner's (including dealers) propriety in "convincing" me they did all factory recommended servicing on a timely basis including providing invoices to that regard. I also align my car whenever I put on new tires. The service & attention at the Pearlridge location is always good (I also observe other customers in this process). I expect I will return there when I need to.

They were fast in getting my needs, screw in rear tire. The sales rep (Kevin Proctor) recommended in changing all my tires due to worn treads. He was very professional and friendly.

thank you lex brodies queen st. at the end of my work day i noticed my car having a hard time moving. stopped to look. a very flat tire. a friend helped put a spare on which was flat. we went to a close-by service station for air. took my friend home and then went home myself. it was 5:15p. called queen st store knowing they close at 6pm to see if they could help. was greeted pleasantly. i was able to leave with a fixed tire a little after 6pm. i am SO thankful that i started having lex brodies take care of my car. thank you for working beyond 6pm to help me and the others who were there.
