Where to begin? I've had to take my car back so many times, I don't know where to start! To summarize, four new tires and two new rims were installed after hitting an object on the road. They called when it was "ready", but just kidding! They missed a damaged part that was visible when taking off a wheel, so not sure why it was missed for weeks (they had the car for 8-9 weeks!) They aligned it and said it has a lifetime warranty (turns out that is a "read the fine print", my car not covered). All four tires had different PSI readings, and NONE were correct. The PSI info is on a label in the driver door jam. I get there may be a slight discrepancy, but not all four should be off, all by different amounts. Second experience: car involved in a hit and run. They put a tire on the driver rear and sent me on my way. The car was not driving correctly, took it back. Long story short, $10,000 worth of suspension damage. How do you miss that? While the dealer reinspected for the hit and run damage, they said one of the rear tires needed to be replaced. What, they are all brand new. Took it back to LexBrodies after speaking to mgt; they put a new tire on, said nothing wrong with the one they took off. New rear tire on right, then new on left from accident. Another new rim. More alignments. Later, I am skipping ahead, the "nothing wrong" was happening to the front passenger tire - it was wearing prematurely on the inside. Took it back to Lex Brodies which is when I found out the alignment warranty they promised was not for my car. They had not aligned it correctly and some such setting was causing this unusual wearing (camber?). They put on a new tire and tried to get me to pay half of it. No dice. In between, car hits a significant pothole taking out both driver tires and rims. This time, NO MORE LEX BRODIES. Ive been to three locations and the staff is very pleasant. I was a little miffed when they missed a repair and had to keep the car longer than they already had it. But then the incorrect air pressure in all of four brand new tires and then 2 bad tires and misalignments instead of realignments. It may be lack of training for new mechanics, but you'd think after all the trouble with my car, they'd assign an experienced tech and not someone new. Can't trust their "tire" expertise! Don't name your restuarant "Soup" if you make ****** soup!
