drop off: quick service, no discount given for online appt despite printed coupon and mileage written down. pickup: 3 people behind counter. had to wait before someone decided to help. person who waited on me was sniffling like she was sick with a cold. at least she wore a mask. no hand sanitizer visible for use, no counter cleaning. waited a long time because she was having printer issues. 3 tries before cartridge replaced by someone else. forgot to give me the keys, had trouble locating them on the board. had to ask someone to move the car that was blocking my car. not a good experience that day.

I had my safety check done July 17th. I found Lex Brodies to be very clean, and good service and very polite. After the service, my car seat and steering wheel was covered so I knew they practiced safety protocol which I felt better about. Thank you for doing your part! Wendy Lee

After failed attempts at 4 other repair shops (none of which would answer their phone, and scoffed that I would not have scheduled an appointment for a flat tire when I stopped by in person), I was happy to have called Lex Brodie's. They answered their phone, were friendly, and had the capacity for same day tire repairs on a weekend! The price was reasonable and much less than I expected. Next time, I'll call them first and skip the big chain repair shops!!!

Great service, always treats customers well.

I needed two new front tires due to balding on the edges. It's the "rain season", so best to play it safe with good tires. Anyways I tried calling a major wholesale retailer that sells tires and they were booked for the rest of the day and tomorrow. They recommended I walk-in tomorrow. I figured that before doing that, I should call Lex Brodie's. I was happy that I did. They were able to accommodate me and I had my two new tires within a couple hours.
