The measure of any organizations intentions about providing good customer service are reflected more in what they do that was beneficial to you that you didn't know to ask. Most recent example; took our Acura in for a series of services that had come due. When we retrieved the car, we noticed among the receipts the remnants of the Hawaii State Auto Inspection sticker, the part not attached to the car. We looked at the car and realized LB's people had taken care of the vehicle inspection that was about to expire; without our remembering it was time. Efforts like this, plus quality work, plus great interpersonal skills, keep us coming back for service and parts.
