The only place I trust to service my vehicles!

The only place I will go to get my car serviced. The customer service the office women provide is exceptional and they are always super friendly! Their was an instance where I thought I only needed an oil change, but turned out to be a bigger problem. The staff worked with me and communicated what needed to be done which was a breath of fresh air. Usually other companies would say I "needed" this done and would just give a price I would have to pay. It was a relief that the office would work with me and explained what would be done, how long it would take, etc. Highly recommend!

The best customer service. They are down to earth and so humble. Hate having my car fixed, but don't mind going here to do it.

Actually called Kalihi location the day before and someone said they would call me back and set up the appointment for the next day but didn't get a call. I then called again the next day and they still didn't have the tires I needed checked the Pearlridge location and since they had it there, they made my appointment for 2pm that same day. Dropped off my car and came back at 5:45 to pick up the car. They just finished it and I was out back on the road. I've always had good service from LB's throughout the years and I understand they get busy and may have forgotten from the first call but they did end up providing good service as usual. Also, the price for all 4 tires was about the same as anywhere else that I checked and so it was better to just get it from a company that can provide the better overall service. Much Mahalos LB crew!
