Of all the years I’ve been a loyal longtime customer with LXB I recently had the worse experience that never went away. In my humble opinion I was SCAMMED, intimidated, blamed, lied to, misled, made to feel I was at fault, test my patience and forced to defend my integrity and intelligence. And in the end, my problem was NOT resolved, paid off so they didn’t have to deal with me and my issues. Admitting they were wrong with NO sincere apology. A simple here’s your money back attitude and just leave us alone. The only positive were the sweet cashiers that sided with me and consoled me and felt very bad about the whole ordeal. Of course they were powerless to help and afraid to speak up risking getting in trouble themselves. Poor thing. I didn’t care about the refund. I just wanted my car fixed and the honest truth that the technician made several mistakes and the manager was clueless. On a side note, I witness their technicians/employees (3-4) smoking (vaping) including the manager in the designated work area where customer’s cars are being work on. And in that same area are materials with placards or sign clearly stating the are flammable!!! They were NOT social distancing but instead vaping together in a group of 3 at the time without face masks worn. Other were NOT necessarily vaping but still no mask 😷 worn. No hand washing or sanitizing going in/out of the customer show rooms themselves but they do warn the customers of being safe. In my case I already knew the problem of my vehicle. Specifically all they needed to do was replace a thermostat. Requires removal of two screws to remove a thermostat. drain coolant, replace. 20-30 tops. Nope! They wanna charge you for fake diagnostics, take most of the day doing nothing and pretend it took all day to do a simple job. They tell you they are doing other cars and are busy, but all I see is wandering around cruising and taking their sweet old time. They sure have a lot of time to vape and smoke. Listen to music and dance. Don’t let them FOOL you. They will take advantage of the innocent people with their fake charm and niceness. NOT all but a few bad apple 🍎 like the ones I had to deal with. Lead Technician Jason has the capability to lie to your face and the clueless managers to back him up. Watch your back!
