Service at Lex Brodies Waipahu was AWESOME. The online appointment system is super easy to use. There was no delay in checking in. The maintenance estimate was two hours and actual service time was just over 1.5 hours. I received both a text message and phone call telling me my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Smooth administration, courteous and professional work by a great team. Thanks for the great service. You've got a customer for life.

They gave great service. The staff there is very friendly and before they were going to do any other service they called promptly to get approval to do it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Use the online appointment scheduler and drop-off your car to get the best service. When they know you are coming, they try really hard to get it right. My service rep Leimomi worked extra hard to make my Safety Check affordable and still safe. All their people have always been good and I appreciate the extra effort shown by Leimomi's experience.
