Didn't have an appointment, dropped off car for oil, safety, tire rotation. Was done timely and professional. The convenience, price, and everything that is included is what keeps me coming back. Thank you. Always pleasant and nice staff.

I scheduled an appointment at 9:30am for a standard oil change and as of this writing my car has not even been looked at yet (been over an hour and a half). I asked the representative what the point is in making an appointment if there is such a long wait. She replied something along the lines of "Well it is going to be 'AT LEAST' an hour and a half to two hour wait regardless of whether you have an appointment or not" I say again, what is the point of even making appointments?? What a joke. They get one additional star ONLY because the staff I have encountered are friendly and non confrontational. UPDATE: The customer service representative spoke to me upon completion of my oil change and said that they waived all charges for the miscommunication (not explaining the wait times over the phone). Although I still believe 1hr 45 mins is too long to wait for an oil change with an appointment, this goes a LONG way to show their commitment to customer service in my opinion.

It was Easy to make an online appointment and selecting tires was a breeze. We ventured around Kakaako while tires were being installed. We got our UH discount with a smile and a "Thank you very much. "

I dropped my truck off, thinking after 134K miles I should have the Brake special done. It was a great surprise to get a call the next morning that said, 'No need your brakes are good'. And even another surprise to go and see that their time & assessment was No Charge. It was nice to see this business ethic. They could have gone ahead and replaced the brakes anyway as a matter of business, but they did the right thing - Thank You.

Work was done in a timely manner. Online appointment system works well, and the reminder email/text is awesome!

I went to the Pearl Ridge Lex Brodie for my daughter's safety check and wheel alignment. Staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. It was easy to make the appointment and car was ready at the estimated time they gave me. I'm planning to take my car in again this week because it was so convenient and easy.
