immediate attention given at office with a smile!!

Brought my car here for an annual safety check, although it was slightly expired. They did the safety inspection and had me on my way in less then 30 minutes, and had tons of kind employees helping. It was a little confusing of where to go when I got there but I just pulled my car into one of the lanes and walked to the "Entrance" sign. highly recommend!

Needed to get one tire replaced, was already off the car so I just brought it in. After going over what I needed I was asked if I would be waiting or if I was dropping it off and coming back later. Told them I would be coming back. Came back a few hours later and the tire hadn’t been touched. Talked to a different cashier and she got the ball rolling immediately. Felt like it had been either forgotten or put on the back burner because I said I was dropping it off. Took maybe 6-8 minutes to finish once someone actually got to it.

great improvement over my last visit.

I ran over a rock in the freeway and got my tire flat. Drove to Lex Brodies at 8 in the morning. They came and provided service right away. Got to drive my car again by 10am. Fast service. They also have a rewards program.

Purchased 4 new tires two days ago (repeat customer) and was totally satisfied with the service. Rich (customer service rep) was knowledgable and easy to understand and finish the transaction.

Always a pleasure to bring my vehicle to this location. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The best Lex Brodie’s in the islands. I refer this store to everyone!!!

As a long standing customer I have relied upon LB to provide reliable advice and service for all of my vehicles. Today was no exception as they confirmed my concern that something was wrong, determined the problem, quoted me over the phone and completed all of the repair and tire services the same day. I dropped in without appointment so to be accommodated the same day is really good customer service. It could only get better by estimating more accurately how long it would take.

Nothing to improve. Had a screw in my tire...did not have a appointment...your guys took care of it within the time mentioned. Oh and i think he read my mind because he even did the tire rotation without me requesting it. Awesome.

Great experience. Helpful and respectful employees. Made me feel like I’ve known them my whole life and help in every way. Plus the work was done Timely and the right way. Appreciate it 🤙🏼 Will definitely be back.
