Appreciate it Will definitely be back. Also the ladies that work the front desk are the best they really nice and helpful I wish I got their names but they were very nice and helpful.

I had my car towed in because it was leaking coolant and just as I drove it to a local garage it overheated. Checking in was simple & painless. Even though Leimomi alluded to a diagnosis that day I didn't expect it. She called with bad news but the referral for engine work they couldn't handle was also excellent. Because of the professional, courteous and speedy service I recommend Brodie's and will very likely use them for future tires and service needs even though they are not the most convenient shop to my location.

Lex Brodie’s was awesome, they were suggested as a tire company by google. As soon as I pulled in, John Kelley was just exiting and immediately asked if I was helped. He greeted me with great customer service. Asked what kind of issue I was having. Immediately got me signed in and squared away. Estimated an accurate time and price and not long later my tire was fixed and I was ready to go. Excellent service across the board and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks John

I was a walk-in for a safety check, so expected a wait. It ended up being a 2hr wait and would have been slightly shorter had an employee called my name in the waiting area, where they knew I was waiting and where many other names had been called, rather than calling my home phone and leaving a message that the car was ready!!!! Luckily, I had gone to the desk and asked - otherwise would still have been waiting!!!! In the end, the check-out person was very efficient and helpful, and I was finally on my way.

Service was fast.

My car had to be towed and this was the place recommended. They definately did not disappoint. Car was fixed within a timely manner even though it was a super busy Saturday.
