I made an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. I assumed that by "appointment," my car would be seen within a reasonable time after check in. I asked for a time estimate from the customer service associate and they said 1.5-2 hours, which was a bit longer than I expected, but not unreasonable. Initially I planned to wait for the car, but I decided to leave my number and come back in 2 hours. However, when I returned, my car hadn't even moved from where I parked it for check in. If I hadn't inquired about my car, I feel like I would have waited at least another hour. I appreciate that the turnaround time from that point was less than 45 minutes, but if my scheduled service was so short, it should not have taken 2 hours to see my car. Also, after I got into my car, I noticed that no one changed the maintenance reminder stickers on my windshield or provided me with replacements.
