Excellent customer service. The staff immediately attended to my concerns, assessed my tires, made some recommendations, and helped me select tires that were appropriate for my SUV and at within my budget.

ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE here at the Queen Street location! Friendly staff, clean, air-conditioned waiting room. Upon their recommendations, they took pictures to show me the issues they felt needed to be addressed. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, so when they showed me what the issues were, rather than just telling me, I felt more comfortable in my decision to proceed with what they recommended. The Queen Street customer service keeps on improving! This time around they had recommended some issues they felt needed to be addressed. When they brought the issues to my attention, they took photos to show me which made me more comfortable in agreeing to their recommendations. I really appreciated that. I went in for an oil change and asked the guy helping me to check my tires to see if I need new tires. Without checking the tread depth and just looking, the guy told me I need to replace all four. My car has only 17k miles. I went to the dealership and they checked my tread depth and told me it was fine. I’m really concerned that you guys are trying to upsell tires on me. Tires are very expensive and I rely on your guys to tell me the truth instead of just selling stuff to me, very disappointed in lex brodies.

In Kaneohe, on 7/20/18 at 8:00 a.m. appointment, really nice service adviser but had an online quote included $50 off for new tire alignment. Was told that it couldn't be honored as it expired yesterday, but there was no indication on the quote of an expiration date. Very nice service adviser asked the Kaneohe manager if he would honor the discount from yesterday and was told "No." Where's the aloha Kaneohe manager? Would have brought the car in yesterday if there was any indication on our quote that the $50 off was expiring on 7/19.

I made an appointment and they took my car on-time and completed the job as promised. The service was fantastic and the warranty cannot be beat! Give them a try if you have not already and you will not be disappointed!
