Awesome service! I made an appointment to have a metal object removed from my tire. They took my truck in promptly once it was checked in. 30 minutes later, I was called over to take a look at the tire. I was thinking I was going to be told that there was more damage and the tire couldn't be repaired. Brandon told me that there wasn't anything there, and there were no leaks anywhere on the tire. My wife and I were both surprised as we both had seen the metal piece sticking out from the tire the day before.We concluded that it must not have punctured through, and fell out sometime while I was driving around that day. The biggest surprise came at the end. I was wondering how much it was going to cost, as Brandon did put in the time to remove the tire, look for any leaks, and reinstall the tire. When it was done, I was told that "there's no charge since there was no repairs that were done! WOW!They could have easily charged me at least $20 since they actually removed the wheel and tire! I never expected that! Great staff, great service!I will definitely be back!

Stellar service is the name of the game at Lex Brodie's!! They are friendly and helpful, and because I am a woman I am always leary of mechanics trying to "pull a fast one on me". Never the case with Lex Brodie's.

Arrived early today without an appt and asked if tire service plus alignment could be done before 11 am. Kevin (KCP) said that he would try to get the work done...but couldn't guarantee. He was able to provide the timely servicing! Great customer service, with a smile!
