Very accomodating and excellent service

My Hyundai was towed from Mapunapuna to Lex Brodie Kalihi because of a flat tire. The reason that it was towed is that the car does not have a spare. It was about 1:15pm when I got there. There were two people at the desk, both busy, but in a few minutes, the were able to check me in and go to the car and determine what needed to be done. Everyone was friendly, courteous and efficient. I needed a new tire to replace the one that had blown out. The other rear tire also was well worn and it was recommended that I also replace it and have the alignment checked. I agreed and said that I would wait in the lounge. The estimate was that it would take about 2 hours. It took a bit longer, but the job was thorough. My one recommendation was to add a few end tables in the lounge because there is no place to put your coffee cup while you are sitting, unless you want to set it on the floor. Also, end tables could also be a good place to put a laptop while you wait. The lack of a place to put your coffee is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I just moved to the island. Outstanding customer service from my initial phone call to the vehicle service itself! Everyone wasn't extremely professional and pleasant to talk to throughout the entire process. Told me up-front they wouldn't do any work on my car without first consulting me about the problem/issues. Honest folks...brought my vehicle in to be serviced (potentially for bad brakes/brake pads/low brake fluid) and no issues were found by the mechanic with the braking system. I wasn't charged a thing...not even for the diagnoses! Definitely going to keep coming back here for all my future car servicing needs versus going to the dealership and having to deal with all the headaches typically associated with such visits to a dealer's service department.

Very satisfied with service and friendly staff. Dropped off my truck at 8:30AM and the salesperson said will be ready in 2 hours. Returned precisely in 2 hours and my truck was ready as promised.

Have gone for decades to Lex Brodies for tire and brake needs on several of my vehicles, was very disappointed this time around as I have noticed the Aiea store is going downhill with customer service and its facility. I made an appointment via telephone for purchase of 4 tires, came in at 1235, so about 5 min. late. Was told it would take about 2 hrs. but I didn't leave till 411pm. In the past, I would be informed on the status of my vehicle but front desk clerks don't seem aware of customers waiting. The waiting room is a mess, no coffee of water. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, when I ask the clerk, she just said its not working. After 2 hrs. I started walking around to see where my car was and it was in the service area but no activity. I had to inquire with technician to find out if there was a problem, no one seemed interested in helping, more like avoidance to me. I had to walk up to the desk to find out what was the status. Think this it, don't want to go back for bad customer service, long wait time, and sweating in a sauna-like waiting room. What happened to Lex Brodie's, sure do miss the old times, the customer service is what kept me as your customer. Auwe!

Good selection of tires to choose from with great service from helpful and knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices but the best warranties you can find in the islands!
