After learning today from a competitor (during a routine oil change) that I had an unrepairable tire from a nail, I immediately called Lex Brodie. I purchased four new tires from your company less than 3 years ago and was hoping I would fall under some sort of warranty. When I called the Waipahu location, I was told to come on by and they would take a look. The two people I spoke to on the phone (Dolly & Junior on 2 separate calls) were very helpful and courteous. As soon as I received my car from the oil change, I headed right to Lex Brodie. Junior helped me at the desk, took my keys and told me to head to the waiting room. An hour later, I was given my keys back with a receipt saying $0.00 charge. Not only were they able to repair a tire I was told was unrepairable but because I had purchased my tires from LB and had my invoice, there was no charge. I am very thankful for being taken care of as a walk-in without being taken advantage of like your competitor tried to do during their oil change. Lex Brodie's is exactly what you pay for. High quality repairs, backed by guaranteed service. I am not car savvy, but I am knowledgeable enough to understand a mediocre job and an exceptional job. I took my 88' Jeep Comanche in need of dire repairs. I was greeted every visit with a warm "hello, can I assist you sir!" Technicians are highly qualified, straight forward (which I appreciate in any mechanic) and thorough. My point of contact service rep was the most exceptional person I have ever encountered at any automotive repair shop. Her name is Maile Otis and she deserves mentioning because she went above and beyond her call of service to assist me, ask around for spare parts, offer me a FREE car rental as my truck was being serviced. She kept in contact with me daily, had itemized expenses emailed to me when requested and was a genuinely nice person. I cannot tell you my gratitude with the repairs done, which some are guaranteed for life, and the quality work done. My truck is running like she is brand spanking new! Now some people may say, "Oh, I have a cousin who fixes cars. He can do it cheaper." Then they find out that this cousin can't fix a tail light, let alone do an entire brake overhaul. Don't ever go second-hand on a mechanic; because safety (not only yours, but your families) should not be done by some second hand guy. Lex Brodie's earned my business for life. I had Memorial Day off so I brought my truck in for an oil change. My truck got an oil change, tires rotated and the alignment checked. Totally needed it! Awesome customer service from Maile! Thank you for taking care of me! I will definitely be back and recommend my friends!

Took my wife's car in for oil change tire rotation and balance. After picking up her car we noticed a pulsating or kak kak kak sound coming from the rear as I pressed the brake going maybe 15 to 30 mph. So I decided to take it back to Lex Brodie and have them take a look at it the mechanic said that the drum was out of round needed to be fixed.Due to maybe over torque it when putting it back on. Came in and said all done and it was free. Now that's excellent customer service assuming it was there fault admitting it was maybe over torqued and fixing it for free thank you Lex Brodie you have a loyal customer.
