For Kaneohe location. I've been a lex brodie customer for a very long time. Most of the time, customer service is good, the prices are okay, and I've never had any major mechanical issues with the services I've been provided. Today, i was just irritated beyond measure. I had an 0800 appointment. I arrived at 0730 to drop off my car. There was 1 man being helped in front of me so i waited behind him for 10 minutes... NO PROBLEM. It was then my turn. The counter guy, Kyle, did not even acknowledge me and kept typing on his computer. A minute later, he answered the phone and proceeded to give amazing customer service to the person on the phone while i waited another 10 minutes for him to look up stock of a part, etc. I was beyond annoyed. Terrible customer service. You always help the person stand in front of you, instead of on the phone. I am already giving you my $$$ if i am there dropping off my vehicle. He could have put that person on hold, helped me and then helped the person on the phone. I then ask Kyle how long he thinks it will be and he proceeds to give me fluff answers. "Oh, you can never really tell and blah, blah, blah." He says, "it will definitely be AFTER LUNCH, but we will MOST LIKELY GET TO IT TODAY. " i tell him that i have an 0800am appointment... which then he tells me more bs about having cars from yesterday that they need to catch up on (not my problem). I ask him so you might not even get to my car TODAY? He says, "we should." Getting more annoyed... I just heard him tell the customer on the phone to bring his car in and that he (lex brodie) could definitely get it done today. What bs!!! You tell a customer on the phone without an appointment to come in and their service will be done today, but you tell me, someone WITH AN APPOINTMENT, that you MAY get to my car today. I just rolled my eyes and said Thanks and walked out. I need to find a new place to service my 3 cars. The bs is getting too thick. Shady, shady. We shall see how long my car takes and what condition it comes back to me in considering it is still there... Update: my car was ready in less than 2 hours. Great news! Kyle was apologetic when i arrived. He also tried to explain his actions. Company policy or not... didn't look good from where i was standing. So for now better, but still not happy about the attitude and answers given.
