Lex brodies pearlcity is the bomb! I went there today and the friendly girl Chelsea from the front desk, helped me with everything I changed my tire and got my safety check done within the hour! I needed an aligment but didnt make an appointment it was really busy, the wait time was 3-4 hours before they could fit me in. I could not wait that so one of the staff offered to set me up with am early 8am appointment which worked out of me, and when I came in today for the scheduled service I was given 10% off without me even having to ask. They are a bit more pricey than your mom's and pops tire shop, but worth it for the Friendly, quality service, and the piece of mind that comes with the Lex Brodie name and reputation.

When I first arrived no one greeted me. All were tending to a Chinese man who was yelling at the manager, Gerald (?), very loudly. Everyone ignored me and had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Made an appointment for 10:30. Person who helped me did not even look for appointment on computer to see what I needed for my car (which it asks you online when you sign up for appt). When checking out and tried to use coupon that was delivered to my email from Lex Brodie's she had to double check that I had an appointment scheduled ("you had an appointment?!?"). Then he told me it would take an hour and a half. Took almost 2 hours to even call to say that my flat was unrepairable and I needed new tires. When calling to check on progress of car, girl that answered was rude and acted like I was taking up her time. Said she needed to talk to the person handling my car. Took an hour for him to call me back with an update. Then when checking out the manager would not allow me to use the YELP coupon if I used the $20 off each tire coupon. He looked over my shoulder at my phone while I was doing the math to see which coupon would be more. Rude. Don't have coupons if you won't allow people to use them. Very bad business. I have been told not to go to Lex Brodie's because they rip you off and this just lends to that point. Very disappointed in my service. Something that was supposed to take 1.5 hours took 3 hours. Ridiculous. On the positive: tires are working great and rising well!

My experience in determining the availability, the purchasing and complete installation of four (4) new Michelins was excellent, and nothing short of spot on.

The service was exceptional.

Prior to purchasing my Honda Fit in 2011, I always used Lex Brodie for my tire needs. Since 2011, however, I had not given a thought to my tires until my Honda rep advised me that they were in need of replacement. AUWE! It had been six years and I was driving a small fit as opposed to my large 1994 Ford Taurus . . . AND, I was no longer doing a daily commute to and from Waianae! I had no idea what type of tires I was carrying, or what kind I needed, but I've always trusted Lex Brodie's, so I went on-line, printed a slew of coupons (just in case), and made an on-line appointment (a cake-walk!). My appointment was for 7 a.m., but I arrived at 6:35 expecting to read while waiting for my appointment time. Imagine my surprise and delight when Jim, my service representative for the morning, politely began processing my work order. I feel that he gave me the benefit of his experience in deciding which products to purchase without pressuring me in any direction. Later in the day when I retrieved my vehicle I was met by a similarly polite and knowledgeable young lady who quickly processed my payment and receipt, allowing me to rejoin traffic in less than ten minutes. I'm a happy camper, and "thank you very much!"

I had a last minute safety check for my wife's car. Most places that I went to needed an appointment next month. I stopped by Lex Brodies on Queen St and although they were busy, Cooper told me that I could wait and will have my car done within the hour. I was taken cared of in 25 minutes. Excellent customer service, ALL THE TIME!

Lex Brodie fixed my leaking tire without charging me any fee! Thank you so much!
