Lex Brodie's Waipahu took my car promptly at just before my appointment (appointment made online). They took less than an hour to balance and rotate my tires and to perform an alignment. Easy, in-and-out service!

Very happy with the service. First problem was with a tire that was losing air and I couldn't see a visible hole. The Kaneohe team found a nail in the tire, repaired it, at no charge because the tire was purchased there and in their data base. Second problem was a bumpy ride, especially noticeable at 35 mph or more. Thought it was the tire that had the nail, but it was another one that had formed an air bubble. Replaced the tire with a better one at a very reasonable price. Service was fast and efficient.

I had a great experience this time. They are very professional and caring. The service was not super speedy, I think they overestimate their skill to finish a job quickly. Otherwise, it is a great place to get minor car services done.

Warning to all getting a safety check at this location. Last year I returned to the shop only to find they charged me 14 bucks per light bulb (brake and lic plate lights) when I could have replaced them myself at fraction the cost (5 bucks at Walmart for BOTH lights). They didn't even give me a courtesy call to ask me if they could go ahead w the repair. Usually they have me sign something waiving my right to pre-approve the repair but they hadn't this time. Very poor customer service and they definitely lost my trust.
