My brake light on my dash was coming on when I accelerated. Lex Brodie found out my car was low on brake fluid. They could have told me it was some part and I would never have known. Thanks for your honesty, you have just gained my business. Mahalo Lex Brodie

Lex Brodie's Tire is a five star in my book! Why? SERVICE!!! For those of you out there that know me, you know that service goes a long way in my book. If in a restaurant and the food isn't that good, service will make up for it. And vice versa, if the food is great but the service isn't, that's a negative. Every time I've set foot in a Lex Brodie's, I've always been greeted by the first person who I make eye contact with. That is genuine good service and making the customer feel important! My dad was also a big fan of them way back in the day, and he was a big fan of good service too. When I purchased my first set of tires from them, I knew exactly what he was talking about. So once you have a set of tires from them on your vehicle, you're set for the life of the tires!! I recently found a nail in one of my tires so I called them to make an appointment for a repair. When I arrived there, I was immediately met by one of their staff and told that they would get me set up. They repaired my tire and even told me the tires were due for a rotation. So they not only repaired my tire, they rotated the tires as well!!! The cost? $0. All part of the service and support they give for you purchasing your tires from them. They will also check your brakes and give an assessment to you on your invoice. Sure some other places may give you a little cheaper price when it comes to tires, but to me, service and support are big pluses! Try that with those other guys! Five Stars * * * * *

IO was totally dissipated in the service that I have received when I brought my vehicle in to be repaired. The problem that I have been having, I needed to be fixed. I thought I needed a wheel alignment. After testing, mechanics diagnose it that my tires needed to be re-mounted. The person I have been working with & communicating over the phone, his name was Eddie. After the 3rd call, he told me that he had the mechanic re-mounted my tires and that my rims were warped. He also told me that the front rims were more warped than the back ones. he then suggested if I wanted to purchase rims for my vehicle, that he had some style availiable. I told him that I will decide on it as he didn't have the size that I wanted. Meanwhile I had asked him if they can rotate the back tires to the front, knowing that the front are more damage than the back ones. He told me it would take a while, and I told him that would be ok. The time that I spoke to him was around 11:45 A.M. He told me that if they do 9it, it won't be ready for pick -up till later. I came to pick up my vehicle later in the afternoon after 3:00 P.M. I notice after paying, that my tires were not rotated as I have requested. I was upset. I spoke with Eddie and told him if I could him them do that. He assured me that they would. But they did not rotate the tires. Why tell me of the problem and they can't do the service? Very disappointing! I could have taken my vehicle just a block down to firestone and have gotten a better service than I did at Lex Brodies! Plus, I was quoted cheaper at Firestone than what I paid at Lex Brodies, for a service that was not done.!

Good service. I needed 5 TPMS sensors replaced and they did it along with tire rotation, balancing, alignment, and safety check... Without an appointment, within 4 hrs on a busy Monday. When I picked up my car they even shined my tires up so they looked new.! Good job!

Great service & friendly staff!

Took a chance to see if I could have Safety Inspection performed. Was told there were a few appointments ahead but they would be able to do it approximately 1 1/2 hour. I decided to wait in the customer area. Apparently there were able to squeeze me in between. I was pleasantly surprised to have the work done so fast. Thank you, very much.

The personnel at the reception deserves the greater part of the credit for facilitating a user-friendly environment, the rest was quick, fast, and efficient! The lady at the cashier may need a little training on customer relations - we you get paid - SMILE -:)
