Lex Brodie lives up to their customer service promise. I called ahead to check availability of the tire. I told them my first name out of phone courtesy and told them I would check back after work. I showed up without notice and described the tire I was looking for again. The guy says, Are you Robert? To me, that is much more than being nice. I watched the service being done from inside the guest lounge. Every person working in the bay was careful and thorough. And they never looked up to see if someone was watching.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment and they always take me on time. Can walk to Kaka'ako for some food too if the job’s a big one.
