Good service had a appointment for 8:00am and got there early and needed some tire service added to my original appointment for a safety check. Got everything done in a couple hours.

I came in for a flat tire at 4pm and was in and out within 20 minutes!! Super fast service & everyone was friendly. It was $22 to patch my tire. Would definitely come back.

Shout out of massive gratitude to JR for going the extra mile ...above and beyond in customer service! I had taken my car to the dealership and another local shop to have my tire checked out as it kept losing air and also had a squeak. Both places dismissed the concern and said they didn't know what was wrong with it, instead filled the tire and encouraged me to purchase a new tire for $350+. I explained to JR my concerns about my tire and he listened and said he would see what they could do. I was limited in time because I have a 1 year old so didn't have the ability to drop the car for the entire day. They went above and beyond to get it checked out in the afternoon, found that it was a pin hole leak, fixed it and it cost me $30!!! I have been coming to Lex Brodies for years because of their honest service and integrity of work, so this was a good reminder to keep coming back and stay clear of the dealership when it comes to tires! Sometimes when people go the extra mile it goes unrecognized however in this case JR going above and beyond meant the world to me and is recognized and appreciated! Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!!!

I had to get safety inspection and they gouged me for not having so many little things wrong with my car. I ended up somewhere else and I passed with flying colors. What upset me the most is that Lex Brodies is suppose to have a teputipn for customer service. I will never go back there again!
