Booked appointment online and was emailed several coupons, but they also had some additional coupons under the service that I needed, which was a wheel alignment. I was able to drop off my car with Kevin, after adding a few other services, he was able to properly give me an estimate of when my car was finished. I also really like the digital Vehicle Inspection report, shows exactly what status my tires & brakes were in, love the transparency of the work being done in real time! Thanks for taking care of my car at a reasonable price!

They give you a 4 hour block of how long it may take to finish the job but all the times I've brought my cars in, it has always been ready ahead of schedule. Check in and pick up is easy and efficient. Prices are competitive to a lot of other places but their willingness to assist when you drop in with a car issue without and appointment is unparalleled.

Just love the inspection report sent to my phone. Amazing not only the report but pictures showing the problems. I took my car in for an alignment since I just bought a set of new tires. I usually just take my car to the Mercedes Benz dealer, but I just thought I would give Lex Brodie a try. I’m glad that I did because I had a terrific experience. Checking my car in was breeze and everyone that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I was told that it would be about 2 1/2 hours to complete the alinement on my car. Much to my surprise, it only took them about an hour to finish. I pulled out my credit card to pay my bill and I was told “No charge, the alignment on your car was almost perfect so there wasn’t much for us to do. I was blown away because every time I take my car in for service at the dealer, I always must pay at least $145 for them to put the protective plastic covers on the driver’s seat and steering wheel, after that then they start racking up the charges on services… I’ll be back for sure.
