I had a 8:30am appointment; the technician first told me it will be done around noon (normal estimate) and he'll call me back before then to tell me about my A/C and oil change. I did not receive a call and called them around 1:30pm; they told me it will be another couple of hours and they will call me. Fast forward to 3:30pm; I had to call them again and they told me I'll have to pick up my car the next day. Then around 5:30pm (about 30 minutes before they close the shop for the day) they call me; the technician gives me an unclear explanation what happened to my car and told me to pick up it up now (I live 30 minutes away walking). I rushed over to Lex Brodie's; waited another 10 minutes to be seen (there was nobody in line ahead of me) and I was billed for my service. When I get back to my car, they did not check my oil, fix my maintenance light, or do anything to my car except give me quote by looking at the car. Horrible service and follow up. I do not usually give reviews like this and they are normally excellent with service and care. But for this appointment they were horrible in all aspects.
