Well. I appreciate your honesty. You "could have" just fixed the issue that I asked for, not knowing that there was an even larger issue looming. You checked out my car and told me about the much LARGER issue and that you were not able to perform the issue that I went there for until this larger issue was taken care of. You could have just fixed my issue and I would have never known. This is not the first time that your honestly saved me money and quite possibly my life. Thank you, very much!!!

Great, quick, service averted a weekend of worry!

It’s not the same service I was used to getting from Lex Brodies… staff seemed more stressed and confused… mark up prices on parts seem pretty unreasonable to me… the parts they told me I needs they wanted to charge $2000, Toyota sold same ones for $1,200, thats a mark up of 67% !! They won’t let you bring your parts even if you are ok with no warranty on work. I had another very reputable car repair shop offer to so the work for me using the parts I got from Toyota so I think Lex Brodies is losing business by not also allowing it… I’ve gone there many times any they used to always give you an option the buy warranties or not. To me it’s not about the warranty but just making money marking up parts. I could pay at most a 33% mark up, but not 67%!!!

I have to admit, this is the first time I've had to write a somewhat negative review of Lex Brodies. When I went to pick up my car, the person at the front told me my total, took my payment, then SAID NOTHING afterwards. NOT EVEN "THANK YOU"! Normally, I'm told when to come back for the next oil change and the breakdown of the inspection. Lex Brodie's staff needs to be trained on customer service. I thought that was the corner stone of why people go to Lex Brodies!
