From the moment I entered the office at the Pearlridge location, I found everyone to be professional and courteous. Had an issue with my vehicle not starting, so I called Lex Brodie in Aiea. Spoke with Charlemaine and asked if I could drop off my vehicle. Being that I didn't have an appointment and that I'd be out of town, I was just going to leave it there and pick it up when I returned. To my surprise, not only did Charlemaine suggest to drop it off, but my vehicle was ready the next days. It even had other issues that they repaired and the parts needed were all available. This is not the first time I've taken my vehicle to Lex Brodie, and even then, I've had nothing but exceptional service. Lex Brodie is fortunate to have Charlemaine as one there service reps. Very professional and always with a smile. I praise the whole entire team from service representatives to mechanical technicians. They all deserve positive recognition. I thank you, very much.
