I pulled into Lex's at 5:40PM for a flat tire that someone noticed while my car was parked in the work parking lot. As always, even though close to pau hana, the Lex's staff never fails to greet you in a welcoming manner and looks up your info efficiently. When the car is ready, the friendly service continues. I've always had a pleasant experience at Lex's.

Starting from the beginning, making an appointment online was quick and easy to understand. It showed the dates that were available, drop off and pick up times as well. You can easily select the type of job that you would like performed on your vehicle. Next to each job it showed an approximation of how long each specific job would take to complete. From a customer's point of view, I think this kind of information is straight forward and easy to understand. Thus, it allowed me to plan my day accordingly. I received an email confirmation of my scheduled appointment. I also received a text message as a reminder too. I dropped off my vehicle around 8:15 AM and I was greeted by Marcelo. He patiently listened to me as I explained what jobs I wanted to have performed on my vehicle. He gave a cost estimate and asked me for a contact number. I was contacted on my cell phone around 4:00 PM and was told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I returned, a young lady assisted me with my bill settlement. She and Marcelo thoroughly explained each of the jobs performed and the status of my vehicle. I am very grateful to the hard working ladies and gentlemen at Lex Brodie's Honolulu for all of their hard work. Their service was courteous and professional. From start to finish, my whole experience was absolutely excellent. Thank you very much!

Purchased 2 sets of tires from Sam's Club this month and they severely scratched 3 of 4 wheels on the first vehicle and broke 4 tpms sensors on the second vehicle.
