Ahhhhhh! What a day got a nail In my tire and no one wanted to fix it ! So I got new tires from a place Our friend Jubahl recommended . Then we had to look for a a place for alignment Called around and landed with this Lex Brodie It was the BEST decision. Manager Jack was superb! Hive the mana raise. His relationship with his staff is so genuine. His Amalie and sense of humor of bathrooms were on point! They work hard in this heat and give the customer an air Conditioned room w TV and coffee Awesome!

The service and quality has gone down over the years and after this last visit, I will no longer go to Lex Brodie's. I will pay the premium to take my car to the dealership for any work needed in the future - that is how bad it's gotten. I had a horrible $2k experience in November, where a multitude of problems were created due to pure incompetence (I had to take the car to the Lexus dealership to fix the problem - a wire that Lex Brodie's did not plug back in properly - that Lex Brodie told me was not their fault). What started out as AC maintenance turned into a dead battery, new alternator, and the following not working - my radio, automatic hatch close, and seat and window memory. For a month after the service, I also heard something rattling around underneath the floorboards. Lexus found loose screws and a chopstick in the AC vent. It wasn't my chopstick. I took my car in this past Monday to get the battery replaced, which was still under warranty. The lady told me it would cost about $28 for labor. I signed agreeing to that amount. When I arrived, she tried to charge me $160 - the labor plus prorated cost of the battery - something she hadn't mentioned that morning. When I showed her the paper I signed for $28 - which she had - she told me she would "give it to me this time" but next time I'd pay the prorated price. I would have had no problem paying the prorated price to begin with, but she tried to fool me a mere 6 hours after the agreed upon $28. It was shameless and unprofessional. I wanted to support local but will no longer come here.

Excellent service! Mahalo to Richard Silva & his staff for assisting me with my repair, his patience, understanding & /explanation in expediting my repair in a timely and professional manner.

A soft-spoken man named "Base" welcomed us and put our info in the computer. Picked up the car with the new tire 2 1/2 hours later as he said. As far as all the services, I think their line of cars and their repair garages were busy. A good sign. Some mechanic in one of their garages was singing his heart out! I made a day of it and got a lot of exploring and Yelping done in Kakaako. Ate lunch, had a beer, explored a park, shopped at Fisher, admired the murals, window shopped, ate a fancy cupcake and watched 5 minutes of a Stanley Cup Hockey game in the Brodie's air conditioned waiting room. The location made it actually fun-filled while waiting for the new car tire!

Called ahead of time they told me they weren't busy at all and to stop by for a safety inspection. I was there for two hours which is the longest I've ever spent getting this done anywhere on the island.

I would not recommend lex Brodie in Kaneohe, I just purchased a newly car and took it straight to get tires and an alignment. When I picked up my car and got home I noticed there was a big scratch and dent. As it Was too late to contact the store because they had already closed. I would have taken an apology but they didn't say a word. I would recommend that if you take your vehicle there to inspect it before and after the service is completed. I will not be using them again as they just ruined my cat. Update: Lex Brodie's called me back in and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to buff the tire scratch. They did a decent job but still didn't take responsibility of the scratches. They did try to do the right thing and did try to make it right. I change my star rating to a 3 for the attempt to make it right. Thanks guys for assistance!
