Ben was excellent, managing the many incoming calls as well as the clients who showed up at the shop. He was very courteous and efficient although Lex Brodie’s was extremely busy. My car was done in the amount of time he specified, however. It’s a pleasure to go there when there is this kind of service.

Staff was busy but guided me with unstressed responses to my novice experience of brakes and tires. I arrived early for an online appointment and was welcomed with a smile and fresh coffee.

Wasn't sure if I had an issue with my transmission, they checked and apparently not. Since they did not detect any problem however, they also did not charge me.

Need a safety check right away and called for an appointment. My wife dropped off the car twenty minutes ahead of the appointed time and she said the person was very helpful and told her it should be ready in an hour. Since my wife went shopping, I went there about an hour after she dropped the car off and the attendant was just completing my invoice. Great timing. From the time I called for an appointment and pick up, Lex Brodie's staff, all of them, were helpful and excellent. Thank you so much and relieved.

Everything was excellent Until this morning. When the fault sensor light came back on!! I jus laid $260 to replace all my tire sensors. And today the light comes on again. Now I gotta go back and wait to fix it? The reason I changed all 4 is for this reason!
